Timberwalk's bylaws allow for up to 10% of the community's unit owners to lease their homes simultaneously. Thus, only 22 units may be leased to renters at any given time. Owners may lease their units ONLY with permission in writing from the Property Management company. Interested owners will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted by The Board when it's their turn to lease. Then, they must apply following the community's leasing application procedure.

Go To: Palm Beach County Official Records: http://www.mypalmbeachclerk.com/officialrecords/search.aspx-
- Scroll down and select [Accept];
- On the Public Search page select the tab labeled Book/ Page;
- Enter:10751/661 in the box and click Search.
- On the next page, left side, select View, under the Detail column for the desired document.
- Finally, select the tab Get Image.
